The Norwegian Neuroscience Society (NNS) is an association of neuroscientists in Norway and member of the Federation of the European Neuroscience Societies (FENS).
The aim of NNS is to facilitate neuroscience research and education through representation of all related disciplines and practices in Norway. All neuroscientists working towards a PhD degree and above may become a member of NNS.
NNS members are automatically members of FENS as well and may take advantage of the extensive FENS member benefits and services.
FENS Forum 2016
NNS recommends all members to attend the FENS Forum 2016, which takes place in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 2-6 July 2016. The FENS Forum is a biannual meeting for all neuroscientists in Europe, and serves as an important meeting point for world’s top experts, post docs and students. This year, molecules and photons, neurodegenerative diseases and stem cells are only a few of the key topics to be covered by a top-level scientific programme, alongside lively networking and social events.
